How I Use It
As a review for our unit on the Native American tribes of California, I created a Kahoot game. My kids were totally engaged!
My Take
Much like cooking a Thanksgiving dinner, it takes quite some time to make a Kahoot game, but only a few minutes to enjoy before it's over. Kahoot games DO take some time to set up. In order for Kahoot to work, your students will need access to devices and wifi. At my school, we have an iPad cart we share, but if students have their own phones, tablets, etc., they can connect to a Kahoot game. Designing a Kahoot game to use before and after instruction of a unit would be a fun way to gather data on both ends.
