How I Use It
IXL is a great site for students to practice basic math skills. Students can access the site at home as a means to strengthen their understanding of content. In addition, advanced students can push themselves to learn new concepts. While practicing math, students are provided with immediate feedback on their understanding.
My Take
The website provides opportunities for students to learn and strengthen basic skills, but the site lacks complex problem solving opportunities, can be boring for students and requires a subscription.
