How I Use It
I use this product as an alternative to saving with a flash drive. We have all students set up a 'Google' account and show the benefits of having a storage place that they can access anywhere with just an internet connection. The storage space is unrivaled and students are taught the benefits to having a place to store papers, photos, or any other information that can help them to build portfolios or the like.
My Take
I think all students should have a place to safely store information that they deem valuable. An alternative to a flash drive is a definite must, and Google Drive is a great alternative. The one thing I wish I could change with this is when you try to attach a saved 'Google Drive' file to someone who does not have Google Drive, that person cannot access or open the file. The information has to be copied and saved to another source, then pasted to another format to ensure they can open it. This can be a hassle when you don't know who has access to google.and who does not.
