How I Use It
I've used it for traditional word-processing and also collaborative work. This is a great way for a teacher to start an assignment with a template and have students complete it. Google Drive is great for teaching new technology skills and talking about saving, harddrives versus the cloud, etc.
Google Drive is a great product that allows kids to work collaboratively on assignments. The learning curve can be a bit steeper than traditional word products because it requires a log in (that either students or teachers can create). I've also seen where having more than 4-5 students on one spreadsheet, powerpoint, etc crashes the system so that no one can edit.
