Goodreads: social networking for avid readers (book nerds unite!)

How I Use It

I personally use Goodreads to keep track of what I have read in my own life. I use it to share educational book reviews with my coworkers and keep track of what other educators are reading. With my students, Goodreads provides an opportunity to be honest about their opinions of books. They can start conversations around texts by commenting on other reviews. Best of all, it's great for students to look back at the end of high school to see all they have read over their educational career.
