How I Use It
GoNoodle provides fun and engaging exercise videos to get students up and moving. Children need more opportunity for activity and exercise, and this provides one easy way for teachers to give students movement opportunities during the school day. There are different lengths of videos based on the time available. There are some videos that also focus on calming and attention.
My Take
GoNoodle is a good tool for a quick active brain break activity. When weather conditions do not allow for outdoor recess, it provides an opportunity for students to get active in the classroom. It can be use through the website or an app. There are videos to appeal to different ages.
