How I Use It
Used it for biography and autobiography projects, instead of traditional poster board displays. Opening project at the beginning of the year with middle school students is to create an autobiography glog. Glogs are then displayed on laptops setup throughout the school hallways during back to school night. I enjoyed getting to know my students this way (since they can add pictures, video, and links to their glog) and parents enjoyed seeing their students' work at back to school night. I also made one for myself for parents and students to get to know me as well.
Loved all of the different graphics and organizational options. However, I've had to stop recommending it to teachers since it is no longer free. It took an average of half a block (45 minutes) to get students set up and familiar with the program.
