How I Use It
After the information about a particular song was learned and discussed, I usually play the song for my students. I then replay the song with a copy of the lyrics. The supplemental materials come with two sets of lyrics (Full and a set with vocabulary blanks). The second run through the song the students fill in the key vocabulary as they are "flocubulating" through the song.
What I really like about the Flocabulary is the fact that the history that is used is accurate. This was not a project that was just thrown together. The songs are good and the vocabulary is pertinent. I have even had some students download the songs on their I-Pods.
