Edmodo is not only a powerful classroom tool for student collaboration and management, but a powerful professional development tool for educators.

How I Use It

We have used this for several classes of students including our 5th grade Challenged Based Learning class as well as 7th Grade Language Arts. Teachers love the easy access to student work as well as thoughts. We use it for professional development in our building by hosting a book club on it. We love the small groups that could be made for each chapter of our book, allowing for specific discussions. Our principal could easily post videos of structures from the book in action demonstrated by our teachers which were shared with the staff. A great communication tool, but so much more.
