How I Use It
Anytime students are using sources in their own writing, I ask them to use EasyBib to create an annotated bibliography. Sometimes students rely too heavily on web sources and depend on pasting the URL into the indicated field without checking to make sure the citation was done correctly. Often, there will be unnecessary punctuation marks in the citation that students need to delete on their own. If students are diligent, however, and look at the citations before publishing, EasyBib does a pretty good job.
EasyBib is much more efficient than taking the time to learn all of the rules for punctuating citations. As long as students take their time and do a bit of digging into each of their sources for the information required by a formal citation, this product will give them great results.
