How I Use It

I used this site for lesson review after instruction. Students were less concerned about reviewing the concepts they had learned, and more exciting that the site was available for "playing games"--something they are not usually allowed to do on the computer

My Take

Cool Math is a great site for reviewing a concept that has been recently taught. I would not recommend it for teaching a concept initially. However, students will often request time to play on Cool Math if they've finished their classroom assignment in any core subject---if they're going to have free time, then why not play a game where you might learn something or have your memory jogged?
