How I Use It
I have used this product in many ways as there are many resources provided. It can be used as a whole class lesson with the featured movies and student materials. It can also be used for student motivated activities as they use games to handle different topics; these same games can serve as extension activities and remediation for all subjects.
My Take
As a teaching tool if used well this product can be very valuable. Educator resources ensure that all materials are very well supported. It serves the students as it provides them with a differentiated learning experience. At times the information is not as specific as may be needed but that can easily be supplemented with outside information. I liked that my students are able to submit quiz results and writing directly to the program, taking snapshots and record their process even during the games. The only issue I have with the program is the inability to share classes between teachers which would be helpful in an ICT classroom setting so both teachers can access the students without creating a new joint account.
