How I Use It
I try to incorporate an audio/visual segment for each lesson I teach in the library. This helps to meet the needs of audio/visual learners. I typically use the quizzes more than any of the other resources. I use them as a way to assess prior knowledge or as a check for understanding as part of the lesson.
I love how concise the videos are for introducing complex topics like plagiarism and citing sources. Sometimes I have a hard time 'breaking it down' for our 6th graders, but BrainPop does that for me. I'm not as keen on all of the worksheets/supplemental activities, so I often use the videos with my own activities based on the video I show.
