Brainpop gives me a quick way to review something with my students.I like to use it after a lesson. The students like the fact that it's not an old out of date movie which tend to happen in History classes.

How I Use It

I use it to do short reviews of previous information. It works for me most of the time because the students pay attention. It's geared toward their visual preferences. A fair amount of stuff in History seems boring to the students so we have to find ways to stimulate their desire to pay attention. This does that and it doesn't take too much class time. I get my visual learners and also my other learning styles because of the way the information is presented.
