More than with any other subject, BrainPOP Jr. covers Math the most extensively. Fiftythree subtopics in nine categories range from basic addition to graphing and probability. Before you start planning, be sure to browse through what's available  be sure to take advantage of the site's wealth of games, activities, lesson plans, and extension ideas.
Because there isn't as much in the way of basic, early math instruction, make sure that your kids have some foundational knowledge before turning them loose individually. However, when you're introducing a new topic to your whole class, these videos can be great. Make sure to follow up with lots of handson, individual and group activities. Kids who are more advanced may enjoy poking around on their own to discover and explore new topics. Those who might need some extra help could benefit from targeted practice with videos or activities related to a specific area for improvement.
