How I Use It
I use this as a resource to help individualize my instruction to meet each unique student need. I look for new ways to teach the standards that may reach tangled learners. I expand my lessons to include literacy strategies that will support my students. The strategies on this site are tailored for middle and high school learners.
My Take
This website has a large selection or well organized literacy strategies that can be used to support teachers as they promote reading and writing in the language arts and core subject areas. This is a teacher resource. There are explanations of particular literacy strategies, videos, and pdf copies of graphic organizers to aid all teachers.
