I have been a New York City Public School teacher since 1998. I have taught living environment, earth science, environmental science, math, forensic science, and AP Biology. I speak four languages: French, English, Spanish, and Haitian creole. I have a bachelor in philosophy and medical technology, a master in biology, and a doctorate in medicine from the Dominican Republic.
Technology for me is the oxygen that allows students to metabolize and enjoy any subject in the 21st century from the simplest one to the most complex. That is why Common Sense Graphite is so important for us as educators. It allows us to explore an amalgam of software, applications, websites... that can be useful in our everyday practice.
