After 12 years innovating in the Middle School and High School English classroom, I moved into the homeschooling world. WHY? The traditional classroom was not a good fit for my son. In fact, it was damaging. I knew I could do better. I was lucky enough to find myself in a job sharing position with my good friend and fellow homeschooling mom, Tracy Chatters at pact.natomascharter.org!

Now, I get to handcraft my son's education and have an impact on the experiences available for other homeschooling families.

I continue to provide professional development and work with teachers from a variety of school districts to help them integrate technology, develop teacher created curriculum, and integrate writing and reading across the curriculum.
