My Take

The website TenMarks is a quick and easy tool for differentiating digital instruction. It is really easy to set up and student find it equally as easy to access. Teachers are able to assign work based on student need and quickly access data on that work. Students can also work ahead or independently for more practice. Lessons include hints and video help. Teachers are able to see what help students received as well as how long they spent on each question. Best of all, it's free. There is a paid version, but the free version offers a lot as is. The only suggestion I would have would be the ability to differentiate down further based on student need. You can do this, but it require different student log-ins and can get a bit clunky. Other than that, it's great.

How I Use It

I have used this tool as a reteaching tool and an independent station. I have also used it as a homework practice tool.
