Great video clips that support student understanding.

My Take
After using many clips from here and saving them as favorites, I now need to get them organized into folders. That is my next step. Video clips are an excellent way to get students engaged in the topic of the day when they have never seen a volcano erupt or building topple due to an earthquake.
How I Use It
I begin my class with an engage activity and there are many video clips that I use from PBS. Some clips are downloadable and others are not. I have found that streaming works well for me. The videos have been high engagement and gives the students an opportunity to see science in action.
