Quill is a great tool to allow students that chance for discovery of what they know grammatically. It gives immediate feedback, which is what they desire most.

How I Use It

I used quill in conjunction with my Google Classroom. My students were then able to log on using their Google accounts. I used it specifically for proofreading practice. My students what immediate feedback, and with 28 of them in a classroom that is just not possible. They all like the immediate feedback. Students did, however, feel that the passages were challenging, but they also felt that they learned something.
