Community Review for PBS KIDS PLAY!
My Take
Kids love this game. I love the games too. It supports iPad, but sometimes not well! There is another bad thing, it is a website and I cannot find an app for it. Which means, it needs internet connection. We can not quite enjoy this game when there is no internet connection.
How I Use It
(1) During the class, I would draw stars for my students. If they behave well or answer more questions, I would give them 1 star.
(2) Once they have 5 stars, after class, he or she can come over and play the PBS Kids games.
(3) They like the games a lot, so they try their best to behave well.

PBS kids is an engaging way to help my special education students learn!
I have a self-contained special education classroom with 6-8th graders who have moderate disabilities. Although some of the activities are age-inappropriate for my students, we are able to use a variety of different activities on the site to practice our literacy and mathematics skills.
