My Take

Overall, I would say that this tool is pretty good, not terrible, nor outstanding. I like that it provides visual learning on top of the usual lecture and some of the videos tend to be engaging for students, but not all. It is helpful to review the videos and then pick and choose which you think would be the most relevant and interesting to support your lessons. With how technology driven our society has become, I feel that it offers students something that they can relate to more easily, as long as the videos aren't overly length or drawn out.

How I Use It

I will sometimes use this for film references to further support history lessons that I am personally teaching to the classroom/students. It's an added bonus that the students can visually partake in on top of the given lecture. Typically I will airplay the iPad screen to a TV or larger screen within the classroom for all to see.
