5 Wrap-Up

Activity: Investigating

Teacher will ask: "Now, think back to the beginning of the class when I asked if you wondered where to focus your attention to when exercising.  Now we understand the different components of fitness and can start focusing on each component to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Can you think of other digital tools or apps we could utilize to demonstrate our understanding of The 5 Health-Related Fitness Components?  Is there a way to participate in activities or exercises to also show our understanding of the components? Great job today!"
