Objectives

With this module, students will be able to learn the fundamentals of customer service to better prepare them to deal with customer who may need to contact them. Customer service is a vitally important skill in any field, not just retail. 

For example, Ministers of Parliament in the UK often need to speak with constituents on a group and one on one basis.
