1 Hook

We will look at the different muscle groups on this app and have them guess which ones we will be using from the objectives

2 Guided Practice

Activity: Assessing

Students will demonstrate form work in the above objectives in a large group for me.  I will give class feedback.  Then they will pair up and evaluate each other and give feedback

3 Independent Practice


Students will now one their own tape each other using this app.  A rubric will be given to self-asses themselves as well as I can look at the form and asses using a rubric.  

4 Wrap-up

Activity: Creating

Students are going to find other exercises that will work the same muscle groups as the ones that we just used. They will then bring back to class what they have found.  The end result of this lesson is to develop their own workout to individualize it to fit their needs.
