Activity: Assessing

Teacher will instruct students to work on their individualized lesson in GradPoint.  

Student Instructions

Students will complete their next lesson in GradPoint that was created using a pre-test and teacher discretion based on individual student assessment.  

2 Direct Instruction- Mini-lesson Fragments

Activity: Conversing

Teacher will use a video & presentation  to review Fragments.  

Student Instructions

Students will view presentation & practice using a QUIA game/quiz.  

Students will take a screenshot & email to teacher.  

3 Direct Instruction/Guided Practice

Activity: Assessing

Teacher will review the plot of R&J using a slideshare presentation. 

Teacher will use quotes to model using evidence to support inferences.  

Teacher will use Kahoot to play a review game on Act IV R&J.  

Student Instructions

Students will engage in discussion on Act Iv.  

Students will play a review game on R&J Act IV.  

4 Direct Instruction

Activity: Investigating

Teacher will play audio & show text for Act V Sc 1.  

Student Instructions

Students will read along and engage in discussion.  

5 Independent Practice

Activity: Reading

Teacher will share link of class google collaboration document for Act V.  

Student Instructions

Students will determine & post the most significant event from R&J Act V Sc 1.  They will use a quote/example to support their opinion and explain WHY.  

6 Wrap- up & Review

Activity: Creating

Teacher will send students padlet link on who or what is to blame for the current situation in Act V Sc 1.  

Student Instructions

Students will review Act V Sc 1 plot. 

Students will post their opinion and explain why on the padlet.
