1 Hook

1.  Students watch 2 short videos about the Preamble

2. Discuss what you learn about the Preamble from watching the two short videos.

3.  Send your A-HS from the video on Edmodo to the group as a message.

 

2 Direct Instruction

Students look up Preamble, Article, Amendment and Constitution on the iPad App.

Students identify difficult words in the Preamble.

Students discuss the meaning of the words in Preamble.

Students will rewrite the Preamble in their own words in groups and post on Edmodo for the group to see
