2 Step 2: Shaving Cream

Activity: Creating

Squirt a handful of shaving cream on each desk. Tell students they will be creating the shapes they saw in the book and more shapes by listening to the attributes and categories of shapes. Read the attributes from the Shape Attribute List to have students draw the shapes in the shaving cream. Then, have students practice drawing other quadrilaterals besides rhombi, rectangles, squares and trapeqoids.
