How I Use It
I have not yet used this product in my teaching. However, when I do integrate into my teaching, it will function as an introduction to the lesson I teach on the Supreme Court. It will be a good simulation of the decision making process that the Justices go through to reach a decision. This product, though, is limited to only being able to function as an introduction.
My Take
Overall, this is a good tool for introduction as long as it is used only in that manner. This product should not be used as substitute for teaching about the Supreme Court. I like that the game utilizes an actual Supreme Court case to help introduce the decision-making process. However, the game could serve a better purpose if there were multiple cases that were used.
