How I Use It
I would use this as either a pre-test or post test of Constitutional Amendments. At the end of the game, the user is provided with a list of what cases and amendments they know and what they don't so it can be used as a formative or summative assessment. Some time should be devoted to the basic function of the game, but there is a small tutorial at the beginning that guides students.
My Take
Overall I like this as a teaching tool as it provides some application of amendments to "case law". The game nature of it, with scores and some badges, or motivate kids to try more. Overall I would recommend this program.
