How I Use It
Used in a "Learning Center" where students could practice their letters, numbers and sight words. A timer could be set to promote students taking turns so the app could be shared by all. Self-paced and student choice: students could explore the letter of the week, learn about other letters and sounds or explore putting letters together to form words.
My Take
I found this app to be engaging, with most of the students enjoying the motion, sound and animation. For some of the students as the letter formation became harder it became frustrating . However, the students just put it down and would come back to it on another day. This app offers another avenue for practicing letter formation with gentle guides to help in their learning.
