How I Use It

I've used Toontastic in a lot of different ways. For example, lately I've been using it with my low level EFL students to support their understanding of the reader's theaters we have been reading. Students work in pairs and recreate parts of the story in Toontastic. For higher level students I often ask them to add to the story or change something to make the story more interesting.

My Take

This app allows students to learn while inspiring them to be creative. Creating Toons takes a lot of time because your students will be very picky with their designs. So I recommend setting a time limit.

This has been my go to app since integrating iPads into my classes.
