How I Use It

This tool is great for creating simple time lines and plot maps. There are no dates on the line, so it is versatile enough to use in subject areas where organizing events is the goal. Students can add images and expanded content to explain their entries in greater detail. When done, the timeline will be saved to the photo gallery and emailed as a pdf to the teacher. I park each on a Padlet so students can see each other's work. Be sure students have their images saved to their photo gallery first, there is no image search within the app. The Google login is a great feature too!

My Take

It is a good tool that I would recommend. It accesses the lower depth of knowledge levels, but I can see using it as a preliminary step to reaching higher levels. There's not a lot to it, so older students may lose interest quickly. It's so easy to set up and use, I think it should be a staple on elementary iPads.
