How I Use It
I use ReadingIQ as an alternative to Epic because free Epic access now ends at 3 PM, before my last class has a library media lesson. My last class needs to have access to an ebook library as well. I often use the ebook library for students who finish the library media assignment early. In order for all of my media students to access the program, I use numbers for students instead of names. That way, all of my students in all of the classes I teach can access the program.
My Take
I like the selection of fiction and nonfiction ebooks offered by ReadingIQ. The one thing I would change is that the students have to use the teacher's email address to log in. I wish ReadingIQ would offer a class code, similar to Epic, so that younger students could access the program easily. I have contacted ReadingIQ about this in the past and would really appreciate seeing this issue addressed. Read my full, comprehensive review at: https://fluxingwell.com/new-free-ebook-site/
