How I Use It

Students work together (trading off the iPod) to build structures. Communication and collaboration are key as they work on a town--sorting out what their buildings will look like and what materials they will need to construct and combine into new elements.

My Take

Minecraft PE is a great tool for encouraging students to tap into their creativity, problem solving skills and even practice in building/beginning engineering. It is a great tool for those students who have high spatial skills and are visual learners.
