How I Use It
I am not sure that I would use this product beyond Kindergraten. The bright colors and characters are very engaging. The music is appealing as well. It is difficult to erase the past coloring pages in order to start again. There are no incorrect actions, so it can build confidence in younger students learning to take risks.
My Take
As a teaching tool, it works well to have kids practice fine motor fundamentals and to experience visual textures and symmetry at a very basic level. The end result is exciting for students to see what they have created in Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse. I would use this program to teach about color and texture allowing each child to create their very own unique clubhouse, followed by a brief presentation to the class explaining their color/ texture choices.
