How I Use It
I use it during my nutrtion and health lessons. Students set their own personal goals and keep record of how they ar doing throughout the lesson unit.
My Take
I love how the students are able to set their own goals and learn how to make smart, healthy choices. This is great because not only are they working at school, but this is something they can take home and even help their family members achieve healthy goals as well.
