How I Use It
I used this last year with my classroom. It is customized for specific skills. I used it as a practice for concepts taught in the classroom. It was a great tool to reinforce a concept and also for practice. Students have to acquire 100 quality points to go on to the next concept. So, there are a lot of opportunities to practice. Also, it gives students feedback. It is also Common Core aligned which makes looking for and assigning the concepts a little easier. The drawbacks are that you have to search and assign specific skills to students which can be a little time consuming, and also students did not like to work on the same concept repeatedly.
It is a great teaching tool to help reinforce taught concepts. It is expensive to purchase for a classroom/school. I like that it really focuses deeply on one concept to make sure students understand it. I also like that you can individualize it based on the needs of the students. Every child can have a different lesson or even a different grade level if necessary. It can serve students by creating depth of knowledge on a specific topic.
