How I Use It
As we write our step-by-step instruction essay, I use this tool as an extension activity so that students could work together to create visual interpretations of their directions. Some students struggled with working independently, so I assigned small groups instead. Students were given time in class. I have also found that my higher performing students (honors sections) have a better grasp on how to use this tool effectively.
I really enjoy the 21st-century approach to instruction-creation. One of our standards indicators is that students create step-by-step instructions. This website works well to accomplish photos/videos of those instructions.
