How I Use It
I use Haiku Deck when we begin discussing presentations, because it requires the presenter to actually talk his/her way through a presentation rather than just read the slides. Haiku Deck doesn't allow a ton of information on a slide, and this makes the students explain their presentation in their own words. They can no longer read the slide word-for-word.
I think Haiku Deck presentations are simple and beautiful. The images, that are easily searched for, really create an interesting presentation. No one enjoys watching a PowerPoint being read to them, and Haiku Deck changes all of that.
