How I Use It

I started using the GOOGLE Cardboard viewer by familiarizing myself with it and exploring a few apps and 360 videos. Afterward, I enlisted the assistance of a friend who is a musician to gauge how he would respond to it as a teaching tool and learning experience. He was fascinated with the VR view. However, he often appeared to struggle with finding a comfort zone for effective use. Overall he enjoyed the experience.

My Take

I think the product is great. I particularly like the way it allows you to have a decent VR view of places you may not visit or things you may never get to see in person. I anticipate it would be more effective with younger learners. It gives them a wonderful interactive experience that promotes participatory learning.
