How I Use It

I used this as a whole group type of assignment while teaching them how to use the site. I build collections by learning topics, but also give free time to explore & free read. It's an easy login process which makes it even more efficient on time.

My Take

I absolutely love Epic! This teaching tool could be used in so many ways. Could be a small group activity, extra help for your lower level reading, could be used as a resource for a lesson. Just so many options! I saw my struggling students enjoy reading again using Epic! That was proof enough for me that using this app was one of the best tools.ever!

Great website/ app to build interest in literacy! Children have the option of being read to, or to read it for themselves. You can individualize for students! What a great way to reach an educator's heart!
