How I Use It
I used Educreations as a teaching tool to use to deliver notes because you can record yourself while working out a math problem. I mostly used it to pre-record notes for days that I was going to be absent, sent the link to the substitute teacher, and let them play it for the students while I was gone. It is also great for uploading an image or document to mark on during class or wherever you are. It worked very well to provide students notes in the way they were used to me teaching when I couldn't be there.
Overall, I really like this app. However, I wish I could add more projects without having to upgrade to a paid version. I also think this would be more beneficial if the whiteboard had a scrolling option so that you could upload a full worksheet and write on it for students to see. I think this would work well in a small group of students, letting students take turns teaching each other, working out problems, and taking turns solving steps.
