How I Use It
Duolingo can be used for small groups, listening and activity centers and for students who have completed their work. children enjoy learning under the guise of playing. There are many memory and testing and hearing options to begin with. Higher level students are given the option of participating in a more interactive experience. Duolingo can be what students wish to make of it.
This is a great tool since it engages students and they are able to learn and have fun simultaneously. Duolingo offers a tour to help familiarize the user with the tool. In addition, children can create daily goals and track their progress. Scholars are constantly interacting and also articulating new words and vocabulary in two languages, the new and their own language. The drawbacks are some languages like Chinese, Japanese, Russian, etc are not offered. Overall, Duolingo is a win-win situtation.
