How I Use It

I would use with preschool students individually to evaluate the knowledge obtain from the shapes and colors lesson. The Curious George app is a great app that introduces preschoolers to basic shapes and colors. The app gets children excited about learning since students are able to play games with the toy they created. The student is always given guidance with the help George and get to retry lessons if needed with Georges help. The game does cannot be customized to obtain higher critical thinking skills. Also, the game does not have options to turn of hints to evaluate the students’ retention.

My Take

It's a great teaching tool, but limited as to not letting kids advance nor working without hints. I love how the app incorporates George into the games and makes learning fun for preschoolers.
