How I Use It
Students used this program to build a background relevant to their topic to be used further with another software product.
Using the images that were provided was difficult as it does not give you a wide variety of free images so students had to use other sites/sources to find images to be added. This is an easy process for students to use different free sources to find suitable images that were more relevant to their topic and later upload them to their Canva poster. The templates make it make it user friendly and allowed all works of the class to create a product in a matter of no time. Our class used it more as a way to collage a number of pictures/images together rather than just a poster product.
The product was easy to use once students had signed up and went through the orientation. I liked the program because students needed little explanation provided to them as long as they were given time to explore how to use the program. I believe that it could be used in a multitude of ways and hope to use it more. I hope to use it as a KWL where students continue to add to the poster/canva as the units develop and will have a final product in the end to find all of the resources they may need for further tasks.
