How I Use It
This app is very useful for independent math practice. It works with basic math skills that build a foundation for more advanced skills that will come later on in kindergarten. It starts with some pre-k sorting skills and expands to one-to-one matching, ordering numbers, and comparing number amounts. The numbers can be increased as kids are able to work with higher amounts.
My Take
The kids truly enjoy this app and it has lots of learning involved for early math skills. Kids with special needs respond well with this app and may need some general assistance to start it. Lower level students are the ones who will benefit the most. However, if students come into your class with a higher math ability at the beginning of the year, this is not the app for them to use.
