How I Use It
I used this with a programming class during an educational app discussion. I literally had students download educational applications and then present them to the class in terms of which applications they felt taught them and which applications were just fun and games. This application is one that students reported was more fun than educational. It's a great, captivating game- filled with all the addiction of the original concept. But students felt they didn't really learn anything from playing it.
I used this with a small group of students for the sheer debate and educational experience of what makes something educational versus entertainment in the industry. I'm reporting here that this app had students saying it was fun, but not something they would use to learn.
